They are not medical advice and should not be relied upon for medical decisions. AI-powered food analysis is approximate and may contain errors. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or physician before making changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, are breastfeeding, are under 18, are over 65, or take any medications.

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to ThefoodieAI ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit to our service providers (specifically Google's Gemini API for analysis), and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
The App itself, including its design, code, branding, coach personas, daily quests, recap formats, and all other elements, is owned by ThefoodieAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
ThefoodieAI offers a free tier with limited features and may offer paid subscription tiers ("Pro") with expanded features. When paid subscriptions are available:
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature in Settings. Deletion is permanent and immediately removes all your data including profile, food logs, photos, and engagement state. Some backup data may persist in service provider systems for up to 30 days. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
We make no guarantees that using the App will produce any particular health, weight, or nutrition outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThefoodieAI and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThefoodieAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
